About Vianne
\nVianne is a collegiate apparel brand founded by a woman. Every collection is built for one school and officially licensed. We are building a brand around how college girls actually dress, not game day gear.
\n \nThe Role
\nThe Social and Creative Assistant supports the brand's social presence, creative, and advertising across each new collection.
\n \nResponsibilities
\nManage daily social content and community engagement
\nSupport creative development and photoshoot preparation
\nAssist on set during content days
\nBuild and manage paid social campaigns
\n \nRequirements
\nBachelor's degree, with firsthand knowledge of college culture and trends
\nProven experience running Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) with results you can share
\nLocated within 30 miles of Boca Raton or Miami, with reliable transportation to shoots
\nActive TikTok user with a strong understanding of what performs on the platform
\nStrong creative eye and an understanding of what feels authentic to a college audience
\nHighly organized, self-directed, and consistent in meeting deadlines
\n \nPreferred
\nKnowledge of college sports culture
\nExperience with fashion, DTC, or student brand content
\nBasic editing skills (CapCut, Canva)
\nExperience with Shopify or ecommerce ad reporting
\n \nDetails
\nStart date: November 1, 2026
\nStarting hours: 15 hours per week, with room to grow as the brand grows
\nStarting pay: $16 per hour
\nSchedule: flexible, in person on content days
\nReports to: Julia Vacala, Founder and CEO
