EliteBocaMiami is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in the home improvement industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more
• Create engaging content including graphics, captions, reels, and stories that align with brand voice
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community
• Develop content specifically around home improvement services, projects, promotions, customer experiences, and completed work
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize campaigns and report on results
• Stay current on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to support promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, timely posting schedules
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our online community
• Use analytics and insights to continuously improve reach, engagement, leads, and overall social media performance
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social platforms

Requirements:

• Must be a current Florida resident — Boca Raton/South Florida area preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the home improvement industry — REQUIRED
• Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of the home improvement market, services, customers, and industry terminology
• Proficiency with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Strong copywriting skills with an eye for aesthetics and on-brand visual content
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to create and edit short-form video content for Reels and TikTok
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
