ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1998 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member in another State Farm agency, giving me firsthand experience in the business. I'm a graduate of the University of North Florida, have three children and two grandchildren, and enjoy spending time with my pets and horses.

Being part of our community is important to us. Our agency participates in local traditions like the BBQ Festival, Squealing on the Square, the Reindeer Run, and the annual Christmas parade.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Angela Marlett - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
