Accounts Payable Clerk - Summer Temporary

Description P&K Stone is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Summer Part‑Time Accounts Payable Clerk to support our accounting team during the summer. This temporary position is ideal for a college student or someone looking to gain office and accounting experience. The AP Assistant will help with invoice processing, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks. Responsibilities Enter vendor invoices into NetSuite accurately and timely. Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents. Organize and file Accounts Payable documents. Assist with vendor statement reconciliation. Scan and upload invoices and supporting documents. Respond to basic vendor inquiries. Maintain accurate records and confidentiality. Provide general administrative support to the accounting team. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or currently enrolled in college (Accounting or Business preferred). Experience with NetSuite is preferred but not required. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Previous office or accounting experience is a plus but not required.
