Account Represntative

Remote | Flexible Schedule

The Butler Agency is hiring Account Representatives to assist clients with reviewing life insurance options designed to help protect their loved ones.

If you enjoy working with people and are motivated by performance-based opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with prospective clients.

Review coverage needs and available solutions.

Guide clients through the enrollment process.

Maintain professional communication.

Participate in company training.

Qualifications

Customer-focused attitude

Strong verbal communication

Organizational skills

Willingness to obtain required licensing

Self-disciplined and dependable

Compensation

Commission-based compensation. Earnings depend on individual sales results.
