Church Office Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: East Brunswick, NJ (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Sunday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (18 Hours per Week)
$25 an hour
Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Church Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our church. This role combines administrative support, bookkeeping, member communications, and facility coordination to ensure a welcoming and efficient church environment.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, phone calls, emails, and mail.

Prepare and distribute weekly worship materials, bulletins, and church communications.

Maintain church records, attendance tracking, membership information, and databases.

Manage church calendars, event scheduling, and volunteer sign-up systems.

Process accounts payable, maintain contribution records, and support financial reporting activities.

Coordinate with vendors, service contractors, and cleaning staff for facility maintenance needs.

Monitor office and custodial supply inventory and place orders as needed.

Assist with annual reports, record retention, and administrative projects.

Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, office management, or executive support experience.

Previous church, nonprofit, or faith-based organization experience preferred.

Experience with bookkeeping functions including accounts payable and financial recordkeeping.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database management systems.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $22.00 per hour
