Join CTI to troubleshoot and tune up real-world AV systems across all kinds of spaces—built on platforms like Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Poly, Yealink, AMX (and more)- and deliver the kind of customer experience people remember.If you can follow the signal, speak fluent “Crestron/Extron/Biamp,” and send AV gremlins packing, CTI wants you.What are your responsibilities?Respond to customer service calls for installed AV systems in various locations (overnight travel is required, accommodations taken care of by CTI).Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with:Displays, projection, and video walls, etc.Audio systems (DSPs, microphones, speakers, etc.)Video conferencing platforms (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, room PCs, etc.)Control systems (Crestron, Extron, etc.)Resolve hardware, software, and configuration issuesConduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levelsWork with Programmers as needed to load updated filesCustomer-Facing SupportDocumentation & TicketingOther tasks as assignedWill you fit in?Our employees fearlessly embrace the company culture, and applicants who merely want to punch in their time cards every day are not what we are looking for.You can work independently with minimal guidance, but aren’t afraid to ask the right questions when you need help.You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can be the face of our company to our clients.Does experience count?AV/IT Networking: At least 4 years of experience with commercial AV integration installations, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting are required.Education: an associate's degree is preferred, but not required. We take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.Customer Service Experience: A must! As you can see, our customers are #1, and we need someone who can take care of them and treat them as such.Attitude and Aptitude are key!
