If you are licensed and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar (or eligible for admission by reciprocity or waiver, as applicable) and have prior experience in personal injury litigation, civil litigation, or related trial work (plaintiff or defense), this is for you. Role Overview As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will serve as a zealous advocate and quarterback for your clients. Your role is to pursue the best possible outcomes, adapt to opposing counsel, and provide consistent, client-focused representation from intake through resolution. Associate Attorneys will work under the direction of an experienced licensed attorney.
