Production Specialist Are you detail-oriented, hands‑on, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of biosecurity and animal care? Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to support our farm operations and contribute to the health and performance of our flocks. Responsibilities Follow biosecurity policies and SOPs Perform flock care tasks (egg collection, grading, blood sampling, monitoring, maintenance) Monitor flock health and report issues promptly Clean and disinfect facilities and equipment Oversee basic mechanical systems (feed, water, ventilation, egg collection) Support flock transitions and farm operations Assist Distribution Manager with any assigned tasks Maintain accurate records and data entry Qualifications: Strong commitment to biosecurity and hygiene protocols Ability to perform hands‑on work with live poultry Attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping using tablets/smartphones for data entry Ability to work independently and in a team Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Valid driver's license in good standing Comfortable in physically demanding, agricultural environments ACA complaint Health Insurance available, Retention bonus, Holiday pay to join a team focused on safety, reliability, and biosecurity. #J-18808-Ljbffr Broughton Group
