The best part is that you'll be joining a team of friendly, certified pros, and the rewarding feeling that comes with being truly valued and appreciated.Position Overview:Our Lawn Care Technicians manage and grow a lawn care route that consists of 500 – 600 customers.Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect control applications for our customers every 6-7 weeks.Work with your customers by evaluating and communicating potential problems.Drive and maintain assigned company vehicle.Safely operate and maintain the ride-on machine and other assigned equipment.Other responsibilities as assigned.Minimum Requirements:Lawn Care Technicians must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordExceptional customer service & communication skills.Willingness and desire to learn about the lawn care industry.Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and pay close attention to detail.Be a self-starter who enjoys working outdoors and, in a team, environment.Ability to meet physical job requirements including but not limited to: independently lifting or carrying 50 lbs., walking, standing, and bend for moderate periods of time.We Offer:An excellent incentive-based pay structure with the ability to earn up to $30 an hour.Paid vacations and holidays.Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance.
