This role combines customer service, merchandising, cashier responsibilities, and general store maintenance. What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide prompt, friendly assistance Operate the register and accurately process transactions Support fuel, lottery, and other store-related services Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, restrooms, and exterior areas Monitor product levels and assist with inventory replenishment Promote loyalty programs, specials, and featured products Follow company procedures related to cash handling and safety Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve store goals Assist with additional operational tasks as assigned What We're Looking For At least 18 years of age Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check Previous retail, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Physical Requirements Frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds Stand and walk for extended periods Reach, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Safely use cleaning products and store equipment Our Culture At Seasons Corner Market, we believe great service starts with great people.
