Your future role at a glance Location: Partially Remote (on-site up to 2 times a week) Department: Provider Recruitment Schedule: Full-time Salary: $79,511.52 - $110,834.59 per year How you'll make an impact in this role End-to-End Physician Sourcing: Lead full-cycle sourcing, pre-screening, and candidate presentation for Physicians and APPs in strict alignment with national legal standards. Executive & GME Partnership: Collaborate with hospital executives and Graduate Medical Education (GME) leaders to align staffing priorities and retain graduating residents. White-Glove Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, managing seamless interview hand-offs and customized, high-touch site visits. Targeted Sourcing Campaigns: Partner with marketing and promotions teams to launch strategic recruitment campaigns focused on high-priority specialties and geographic markets. Data-Driven Performance: Maintain accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data to consistently achieve time-to-hire SLAs and recruitment KPIs. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need 2+ years of experience in provider or physician recruitment, within a large healthcare system. Experience working in Oracle or similar environments.
