Business Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time in Hybrid - US Bonus based on performance Opportunity for advancement Part‑Time Commercial Insurance Sales Producer (Property & Auto) — Ohio • W-2 • ~20 hours/week • New Business Only About This Role New to B2B sales (or looking for first real “pipeline‑to‑close” experience)? This is a perfect opportunity to break into B2B sales through a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven industry—commercial insurance. It is also ideal for stay‑at‑home moms looking for flexible part‑time work with a clear path to earning more based on performance. We help business owners secure Commercial Property (Fire) and Commercial Auto coverage. No renewals—just new sales. What You’ll Do Talk with business owners and decision‑makers (B2B conversations) Collect info and submit applications to quote properly Quote, follow up, and help coordinate coverage to bind/issue policies Meet clients / coordinate locally as needed (Ohio‑based) Build your underwriting/coverage knowledge as you go Track everything in our CRM (leads → quotes → bound policies) What You’ll Sell Commercial Property (Fire) Commercial Auto Pay & Incentives (W‑2) Base pay $15.00/hour Plus commissions — Earn another $1000 just for hitting your goal (commissions are uncapped) Target ~5 bound commercial policies per month Requirements Must be able to acquire and maintain an Ohio Property & Casualty (P&C) license Strong communication and confidence speaking with business owners Reliable follow‑up skills and good time management Recent college grads starting in B2B sales Anyone coachable who wants performance‑based growth Any sales/customer service experience (school clubs count) Reliable transportation (if in‑person) Flexible work from home options available.
