Human Resources Generalist
DeKalb Health
Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions, reporting to the Director of Human Resources. This role handles onboarding, teammate relations, performance management, and HR reporting to drive a positive work environment. The HRG will ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, and other regulations while coordinating with Benefits, Payroll, and Talent teams. Travel up to 50% may be required; a high school diploma or higher is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
