We ask that you have flexibility with your schedule as it may be subject to change depending on our client’s needs.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Licensed Auto Insurance Agent , you'll be the trusted voice members rely on when insuring and servicing their classic vehicles. You'll combine exceptional customer service with sales skills to educate members, promote products, and provide solutions that fit their needs. You’ll: Answer inbound calls throughout your shift Promote and sell classic auto insurance products and services Guide members through insurance quotes, policy options, and coverage recommendation Educate customers on insurance products and membership benefits Advance sales opportunities from initial conversation through closing Service existing insurance policies accurately and professionally Assist risk related to new and existing policies Promote membership programs, products, and services Call volume may vary based on the time of year. WHAT THIS ROLE IS (and Isn't!) This is an inbound call-center position where members contact you for assistance, quotes, and policy service needs. No cold calling No prospect or lead generation No building your own client base or book of business Not a commission-only position- you'll earn an hourly wage while helping members!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required: Proof of Active Personal Lines Insurance license OR Property & Casualty Insurance License Please note: Candidates who hold only a Life & Health license are not eligible for this role. 1+ year of customer service experience Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars Organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems Experience in a virtual desktop environment Distraction-free remote workspace High school diploma or GED Preferred: 2-3 year of inbound customer service experience Prior experience with Five9 Additional expectations: Demonstrates conviviality, a core value of our client.
