Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk professional in a dynamic retail location, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor cameras and activity, and support daily security-related operations through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.19 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon – Fri: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service at the front desk by following site‑specific procedures, assisting visitors, and addressing security‑related questions in a professional manner. Monitor access to the location by greeting guests, verifying credentials when required, and documenting visitor activity according to site guidelines. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with local management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate. Support daily front desk operations by answering phones, directing foot traffic, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate logs and reports related to security‑related activity. Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk and reporting concerns in accordance with Allied Universal protocols. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. CPR certification is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
