The Trade Marketing Coordinatoris responsible forworking with key NBCUniversal stakeholders, internally and externally, to generate demand in the marketplace and increasesales,specifically for NBC Sports’ linear and digital properties. This position will report into the Manager, Trade Marketing. Responsibilities: Work with Manager in developing andmaintaining NBC Sports’ suite of sales materialsacrossallproperties: sales presentations (generic and customized by brand), one-sheets (i.e.research-based highlights, program overviews),web landing pages, media kits,e-blasts, client-direct mailers, event collateral, etc. Manageprogramming updates and organize assets, ensuring all materials are up to date with the latestlogos, imagery, dates, etc. Facilitate efficient and transparent communication; liaise and collaborate with a variety of internal groups (Sales,Research,Consumer/Trade Marketing, Programming, etc.) Assist in event management (ideation, venue exploration, creation/design of branding, list management & day-of execution) in collaboration with Sales and Corporate Events, for best-in-class activations that strengthen Sales’ relationships with key clients Maintain premiummerchandisestock and on-site closet management, as well as ideatingand orderingbranded itemsbased onSalespriorities 1+ years of experience with an agency, client, media company, or sales organization background Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustratorproficiencypreferred); exposure to database and email marketing tools a plus Proven ability to create innovative designs, develop visually captivating and clear creative solutions, while adhering to brand guidelines General understanding of advertising marketplace across various platforms Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative standard media research tools; ability to derive insights and craft sales stories based on relevant data Detail-oriented individual with strong organization and project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of management Eligibility Requirements Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice. Must be willing to work at the office in New York, NY in a hybrid capacity. Monday - Thursday on site; Friday virtual. Flexibility to adjust as business needs dictate required.
