Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator Corporate Office: Midtown South, Manhattan Onsite: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm Position Summary This is a full-time entry level position reporting to the Marketing Manager. The Marketing Coordinator will be requested to support Retail visual directives and standards, product merchandising, in-store displays, windows, events, and special projects for the company. Responsibilities: Assist with all in-store displays, installations, merchandising, and events Support the Marketing Associate to maintain visual and merchandising directives across all three retail locations according to brand direction Conduct weekly store walkthroughs (exterior and interior) Assist with the organization, maintenance, and disposal of Retail visual merchandising props/fixtures, seasonal promotional tools and supplies Assist with receiving and distributing brand promotional materials to appropriate store staff (e.g. display hats, display shoes, care instructions, etc.) Assist with special projects assigned by management (e.g. research decks, showroom setup for Press Day, fixture transfers) Research and report on new visual merchandising concepts (monthly market research) Requirements/Skills: 1 year of related marketing or visual experience in the luxury retail industry Practical knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office High attention to detail and passion for precision Excellent organizational, time management skills, and ability to work independently Strong relationship and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with various teams across the organization (Retail, Wholesale, Press, Operations, etc.) Willing to travel between locations/stores multiple times a day/week Flexible hours and days (late nights, early mornings), must be able to work weekends as needed Benefits $20-22 hourly 17 pooled PTO and Sick days, to start 16 paid Holidays off PPO Medical/Dental/Vision benefits eligible after 30 days Supplemental insurance with Aflac Clothing Allowance Commuter Allowance Phone Allowance 401K We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
