Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume hiring for light industrial, logistics, and fulfillment roles. In this fast-paced, people-focused role, you will post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate assessments and onboarding, and maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates quickly through the process while delivering a respectful, positive experience. This role offers strong growth potential into recruiting or leadership while helping connect job seekers with meaningful work nationwide.
