Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join our team starting February 2, 2026. The position involves providing full-time clinical care with call responsibilities, including hospital rounds and patient contact during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. Clinicians will work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Fridays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Call shifts are scheduled from 7:00 am to 7:00 am, with a call ratio of 1:3, and involve rounding for approximately 30 minutes to one hour daily for patients in labor, delivery, or postpartum.


The role requires documentation of patient contact hours, including callback hours, which are included in the hourly pay rate. Providers must certify their timesheets with supporting notes verifying call-back hours and specific reasons for callbacks, ensuring compliance for audit purposes. No on-site call support is required, allowing physicians to provide call support remotely, with billing associated only when on-call activity meets specified criteria.


Candidates must have a clean history, malpractice insurance, and an active Washington State license or IMLC. Telephone calls and medical record reviews are considered remote activities, and physicians will not be on-site during call support unless deemed necessary.


Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
