Quick Facts Location: Richmond, VA (1510 North 28th Street) Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: 08/31/2026 Shift: Office hours 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; 24/7 call schedule Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Locum-to-Perm License/Certifications: Virginia Medical License, Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN Experience: 2+ years of OB/GYN practice preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $19.50/hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Support from a dedicated team committed to your success What You’ll Do Provide OB/GYN services in office and hospital settings, including low and high-risk pregnancies Perform routine OB ultrasounds, fetal monitoring, and interpretation of FHR Assist with labor and delivery, including vaginal births and C-sections Handle gynecological procedures such as IUD insertions, colposcopies, and minor surgeries Collaborate with a team of physicians, midwives, and support staff for patient care Document patient encounters accurately using EPIC EMR system Manage a typical caseload of 25-30 patients per day What You Need Required: MD or DO degree with valid Virginia medical license Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN Minimum of 2 years' OB/GYN practice experience Ability to perform routine and complicated obstetrics and gynecology procedures Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred: Experience with high-risk pregnancies and C-sections Familiarity with EPIC EMR About the Assignment This position is with a leading facility in Richmond, VA, dedicated to providing exceptional obstetric and gynecological care.
