What Value This Role Will Bring

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will help bring the DMC brand to life through engaging content, creative storytelling, and digital marketing initiatives. You'll partner across the organization to create marketing materials, manage social media channels, support campaigns, produce photo and video content, and help communicate the value of DMC's products to customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, proofread, edit, and update marketing collateral, including sales flyers, product brochures, data sheets, presentations, and other sales support materials.
• Create and manage organic social media content across company social channels, including developing posts, graphics, captions, and other content in support of the marketing calendar.
• Support paid social media campaigns by developing ad creative, preparing campaign assets, coordinating launches, and compiling performance reports.
• Manage the video production process for promotional, educational, and social media content, including planning, filming, editing, and preparing final content for distribution.
• Serve as an in-house photographer and videographer for product photography, events, employee content, and other marketing initiatives.
• Assist with company website content and imagery updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, and other departments to gather information and execute marketing projects.
• Support marketing requests from DMC subsidiaries and international distributors, including the development and adaptation of marketing materials.
• Provide general support for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and other department initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content creation role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Experience with video editing software and content production.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Photography and videography experience, including shooting and editing content.
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns.
• Experience with website content management systems.
• Experience supporting marketing initiatives in a B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical environment.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and campaign reporting.
