Administrative Coordinator (Integration and Onboarding)

Overview

The candidate will work as an Administrative Coordinator supporting the onboarding team within a financial services organization. They will manage shared communications, maintain Salesforce workflows, create reports and presentations for leadership, and ensure data accuracy.

Role Overview (What You'll do)

  • Supports onboarding operations for financial services organization
  • Manages shared inbox + internal communication flow
  • Maintains Salesforce queues and workflow tracking
  • Builds reports + PowerPoint presentations for leadership
  • Ensures data accuracy and operational visibility

Top Must-Haves (Non-Negotiables)

  • 1–3 years administrative / coordinator experience
  • Strong Excel + PowerPoint (must be able to build reports & decks)
  • High attention to detail (data accuracy is critical)
  • Strong written communication (email-heavy role)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Nice-to-Haves

  • Salesforce or CRM experience
  • Reporting, dashboards, or metrics tracking exposure
  • Financial services, onboarding, or compliance environment
