Other Sojourn Resorts are slated to open in Chattanooga, Asheville, Shenandoah, Savannah and other exciting locations. As an owner operated hospitality company, we are looking for candidates to take ownership in their work. Our Company Values Attentiveness Ownership Mentality Resourcefulness Communicativeness Sense of Urgency Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of cabins and tiny homes. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Train and supervise maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations. Report weekly and monthly metrics to Management Team Technology savvy and able to work with software tools required for this position Key Task Summary Checklist Management/Breezeway Maintenance Monthly/Quarterly Reviews Inventory Management Ordering and Procurement Vendor Management Requirements Qualifications : Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role, including managing budgets for the department. Ability to bring creative solution to tough maintenance problems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
