Duration 6-month contract with potential extension/conversion
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract on W2
Location : Tempe, AZ 3 days in/ 2 days remote In this role, you will:

Location : Tempe, AZ 3 days in/ 2 days remote In this role, you will:
- Contact customers to confirm business needs and qualify leads
- Route confirmed referrals to dedicated sales consultants
- Support Spanish-speaking customers as needed
- Track customer contact attempts and maintain accurate notes
- Schedule calls and manage referral pipelines efficiently
- Conduct customer callbacks and follow up on documentation/signings
- Coordinate with underwriting and contract validation teams
- Complete welcome calls to support customer activation
- Participate in weekly feedback and pilot review sessions
- Maintain manual reporting and pipeline tracking throughout the pilot
- Strong communication, customer handling, and organizational skills
- Experience managing customer follow-ups and documentation preferred
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
