Job Requirements

• Licenses: Active unrestricted Indiana Medical License; Indiana CSR; DEA with IN address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4
• Board: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine through ABMS/AOA
• BE in EM: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS required
• BC in EM: ACLS, BLS, PALS required and proof of having ATLS at least once
• Other Qualifications: Documentation of case logs for the past 2 years

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care in a moderate-to-high acuity Emergency Department
• Collaborate within a team‑based care model
• Work alongside APPs and specialty consultants
• Perform emergency procedures including moderate sedation
• Deliver efficient, patient‑centered emergency care
