Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume automotive repair shop. Manage workflow to maximize technician productivity and shop efficiency. Supervise, coach, and support a team of 5-6 technicians. Recruit, train, develop, and retain team members. Conduct performance reviews and staffing decisions. Prepare repair estimates and coordinate parts ordering. Present repair recommendations and help customers make informed decisions. Monitor sales, gross profit, and overall shop performance. Control operating costs while maintaining exceptional service. Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding communication and service. Qualifications Previous experience managing an automotive repair shop. Strong automotive repair knowledge. Proven leadership and team development experience. Experience writing estimates and selling automotive repair services. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable using shop management software and technology. Business-minded with a focus on operational excellence and profitability.
