Lead iOS Engineer

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• We require 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• We require 5+ years of hands-on native iOS development experience.
• We look for experience with modern architectural patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, VIPER, or similar.
• We look for experience working with cloud-hosted APIs and microservices.
• We look for experience publishing and maintaining applications in the Apple App Store.
• We look for strong experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, code review practices, and Agile delivery methods.
• We require expert-level proficiency in Swift.
• We require deep knowledge of UIKit and SwiftUI.
• We require strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and mobile service integrations.
• We require solid knowledge of application performance tuning and memory management.
• Preferred experience includes Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine/Async-Await, Xcode, XCTest/XCUITest, REST APIs, GraphQL, GitHub, Azure DevOps or Jira, CI/CD pipelines, mobile analytics and crash reporting tools, and feature management platforms.

• We design, build, test, and deploy high-quality native iOS applications using Swift and modern iOS frameworks.
• We create scalable, maintainable, and high-performing mobile solutions that power critical customer-facing experiences.
• We partner with product and design teams to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• We contribute across all stages of the Agile software development lifecycle.
• We investigate and resolve complex production issues that impact application stability and customer experience.
• We implement strong testing approaches, including unit, integration, and UI automation testing.
• We enhance observability, monitoring, error tracking, and performance measurement across our applications.
• We perform code reviews and promote engineering excellence within the team.
