Function The Human Resources Manager's ministry advances Crossworld's disciple-making vision by serving our international and home office staff as part of the Community Services Team. This involves explaining and implementing Crossworld's policies and procedures, handling administrative tasks related to international leadership teams, serving as a point person for international staff questions and administrative needs, and completing many administrative tasks. Additionally, The Human Resources Manager assists the Community Services Director in the areas of policy, procedures, and legal compliance. Professional Requirements SHRM-CP Minimum of 2 years HR management Desired Attributes Ability to learn and apply principle-driven policies to various types of situations, locations, and cultures. Ability to learn where information is found and to use precedents to guide decisions. Efficiency in handling administrative tasks. Ability to multi-task calmly. Kindness in dealing with the concerns of members and staff. Strong communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing). Gives careful attention to confidentiality and security protocols. Able to make clear, timely decisions. Comfortable using digital tools (office software, learning management systems/databases, collaboration platforms, and video tools). Experience in discipleship and people development. Core Responsibilities Policy & Compliance: Update policy and procedures manual. Understand, interpret, apply and explain Crossworld policies. Assist with compliance standards. Uphold confidentiality, safeguarding, and data-privacy protocols. Staff interaction: Answer policy questions. Direct staff on appropriate procedures for their situation. Administrative tasks: Prepare letters and documents for international staff needs. Document various training courses/events. Update job descriptions. Track annual review process for international staff. Handle various administrative tasks for the Community Services department and international leadership teams.
