Director of Sales – Hospitality | Philadelphia, PA

Are you a relationship-driven sales leader who thrives in the energy of live music, big events, and iconic venues? We're looking for a Director of Sales to own and grow the private event and group sales business across a premier collection of entertainment and hospitality spaces right in the heart of Philadelphia.

What You'll Do

You'll lead a sales team responsible for driving revenue across multiple event spaces and live entertainment venues — from intimate private dining to large-scale corporate events and live music experiences. This is a boots-on-the-ground role. You'll be out in the market, building relationships with local media, corporate partners, event planners, and the Philadelphia business community to fill the calendar and grow the brand.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing event sales team
Drive new business development through proactive outreach, networking, and community presence
Build and maintain relationships with media partners, corporate clients, and local organizations
Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, proposals, site visits, contracts, and follow-through
Own revenue targets and report on pipeline, conversion rates, and team performance
Collaborate closely with operations and marketing to deliver flawless event execution
Represent the venue at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions across the region

What You Bring

Proven track record in group, event, or hospitality sales — hitting and exceeding revenue goals
Experience leading a sales team in a fast-paced, high-volume entertainment or venue environment
Strong local Philadelphia market knowledge and an established network
Hands-on, high-energy leadership style — you lead from the front
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting
