Business Development Manager (Law Firm Experience)

Business Development Manager - New York What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive firm growth.
- Identify new markets, opportunities, and client relationships, especially in the NY/NJ region.
- Conduct market research and deliver insights on trends and competitive positioning.
- Create proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for client pitches.
- Represent the firm at conferences, seminars, and networking events.
- Collaborate with partners, practice groups, and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for measurable results.
- 8+ years of business development experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services setting.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or JD preferred.
- Proven success designing and executing growth strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Salary range: $135,000-$170,000 , depending on experience.
