St. Josephs Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Cardiac Surgery program in the ICU at St. Josephs Hospital in Syracuse, NY. This is a non operative advanced practitioner role within a high-volume cardiothoracic surgery team delivering high quality, patient centered care. Position Details Complete daily rounds with the Cardiothoracic Surgery (CTS) team caring for post operative patients primarily in the ICU Participate in one weekend per month rounding on the step down unit Manage admissions including transfers from outside facilities and the emergency department No call requirements Opportunity Highlights Location: St. Josephs Hospital - Syracuse, NY ICU focused, non operative APP role Day/Evening schedule Team based environment with strong physician collaboration Full time position with structured weekend expectations Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program NYS licensure DEA certification
