Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized one-on-one patient care, assessing and developing individual treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including clinical evaluations, treatment notes, billing, and correspondence required by physicians and third-party payers.
• Utilize comprehensive clinical knowledge to administer therapies that enhance patient mobility, strength, and overall well-being, demonstrating competency in various techniques.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and Medicare guidelines, to ensure high standards of practice and patient confidentiality.
• Engage effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team, facilitating communication that promotes understanding and collaboration throughout the therapy process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient demographic, including pediatric patients and adults recovering from various physical impairments. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 120,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
