Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough initial evaluations to assess patients' physical condition, limitations, and personal goals related to mobility and functional capabilities.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs, including exercises, manual therapy techniques, and adaptive strategies.
• Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient progress and modify therapy plans as necessary, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about rehabilitation methods, self-management strategies, and preventive care measures to sustain long-term health gains.
• Engage in ongoing communication with multidisciplinary team members, including occupational therapists, physicians, and nursing staff, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will primarily serve individuals facing post-surgical recovery, chronic pain conditions, stroke rehabilitation, and age-related mobility issues. Qualifications
