What You'll Do

• Independently evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients (6 months+) in a busy urgent care setting
• Perform minor procedures such as Lac repairs and ear irrigations
• Manage up to 60 patients daily, ensuring quality care and positive patient interactions
• Document all visits accurately in Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with support staff including center managers and medical assistants
• Follow established protocols for minor procedures and patient care
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment

What You Need

• Active North Carolina medical license and NC DEA registration
• Minimum 12 months of urgent care experience treating both adults and pediatrics
• Board Certification in primary care, Family NP, or equivalent
• BLS certification
• Proficiency with Epic EMR

• Strong soft skills and ability to work independently
• Experience handling high patient volumes
• Ability to participate in mandatory training sessions (Wednesdays)
