What You'll Do

• Assess and develop tailored treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds
• Implement evidence-based interventions using standardized assessments and therapeutic techniques
• Administer procedures such as manual therapy, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care
• Track patient progress, adjust treatments accordingly, and evaluate outcomes
• Provide consultation and education to patients, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient recovery and discharge planning
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately following regulatory requirements
• Support and supervise physical therapist assistants, rehab aides, and students as needed
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education

What You Need

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Oklahoma or eligible for licensure in Oklahoma
• Experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Ability to adhere to professional standards, including APTA and state practice acts
