What You'll Do

• Evaluate and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans following all regulatory and clinical standards.
• Administer treatment procedures, including therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and use of assistive devices.
• Monitor patient progress, modify treatments accordingly, and document all interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide counsel to patients and families.
• Support supervision of PT assistants, aides, or students as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and in-services to maintain professional development.

What You Need

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and wound care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to professional ethics and standards (APTA guidelines)
