Senior eCommerce Sales Manager

Driving the performance and optimization of digital commerce, the full-time Senior eCommerce Sales Manager will oversee Direct-to-Consumer operations, enhance customer experience, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue growth in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Direct day-to-day operations of DTC websites, ensuring pricing, promotions, and merchandising consistency Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational issues impacting customer experience Collaborate with Marketing and Web teams to implement digital merchandising strategies and optimize user experience across platforms Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Consumer eCommerce (DTC) sales and conversion optimization Expertise in web analytics tools and user behavior analysis Strong communication skills to convey complex information to stakeholders and leadership Experience with SAAS models and subscription products Proven ability to champion a customer-first mindset while balancing operational efficiency and revenue growth
