ECommerce Channel Manager

Position Summary Aosom is hiring an E-Commerce Channel Manager to own the day-to-day performance of our third-party retail marketplace channels and support our direct-to-consumer (DTC) website. You will manage our presence across multiple online retail marketplaces, from item setup and pricing to promotions, inventory feeds, and operational performance, and turn channel data into revenue growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how online marketplaces work behind the scenes: seller and vendor portals, drop-ship programs, catalog requirements, and the scorecard metrics retail partners hold their sellers to. The role is based at our U.S. headquarters in Huntington Beach, CA. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Channel Management Own daytoday operations and sales growth for a portfolio of thirdparty online retail marketplace channels Manage seller and vendor portals: item setup, listing creation, catalog maintenance, and resolution of listing errors and suppressed items Manage inventory and price feeds so listings stay accurate, in stock, and competitive Monitor marketplace scorecards (order defect rate, ontime shipment, cancellations, returns, and chargebacks) and drive corrective action with fulfillment and customer service teams Audit listings regularly for pricing discrepancies, errors, and compliance issues, and coordinate content updates with our headquarters content team Onboard new marketplace channels and launch new assortments, from partner setup through first sale Sales Performance & Reporting Own channel sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs, including GMV, conversion rate, sellthrough, margin, and instock rate Plan and execute promotions, seasonal events, and markdowns with marketplace partners Optimize digital shelf presence, content standards, conversion rates, and consumer experience Develop and maintain omnichannel reporting dashboards and executivelevel performance summaries Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and strategic recommendations Present performance updates and recommendations to leadership Monitor emerging ecommerce technologies, platforms, and omnichannel best practices DTC Website Support Support our DTC ecommerce site with product uploads, merchandising, and pricing and promotion setup Partner with Marketing on site campaigns, product launches, and conversion rate improvements Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Operations, and Customer Service to align inventory, fulfillment, and service levels across channels Serve as the daytoday point of contact for marketplace partners' account and merchant teams Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field 5+ years of ecommerce experience, including at least 3 years managing thirdparty marketplace or retailer direct fulfillment channels Consumer products experience, ideally in home goods, furniture, outdoor, or other general merchandise categories Skills & Competencies Handson experience with marketplace seller portals and dropship vendor programs Working knowledge of product feeds, item setup, and catalog management (flat files, PIM, or feed management tools) Understanding of EDI and retailervendor order flow (purchase orders, ASNs, invoices) Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP) and comfort working with large product and sales data sets Highly organized and detailoriented, able to manage multiple channels and priorities at once Clear, proactive communicator with external partners and internal teams Preferred Qualifications Experience selling on Miraklpowered marketplaces Experience with multichannel feed management platforms such as Rithum (ChannelAdvisor), Feedonomics, or similar Experience with DTC ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), or Salesforce Commerce Cloud Familiarity with marketplace advertising and retail media Work Environment & Requirements This position is onsite at our Huntington Beach, CA headquarters Occasional travel may be required Authorization to work in the United States is required What We Offer Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans Collaborative, performancedriven culture with opportunities for career advancement JOB REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
