Recruiting Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $33.00 to $38.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities Manage full cycle recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination. Build and maintain candidate pipelines through professional networking platforms, job boards, and other sourcing channels. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Create job related materials, interview guides, and recruitment documentation to support hiring initiatives. Utilize technology and recruiting tools to improve sourcing efforts, streamline workflows, and enhance hiring outcomes. Requirements 5+ years of recruitment experience in a professional recruiting environment. Demonstrate strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing platforms. Possess the ability to manage recruiting processes independently with minimal supervision. Maintain proficiency with recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and business software tools. A Bachelor degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred. Qualifications Apply strong communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders. Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management abilities while handling multiple open positions. Utilize analytical and problem solving skills to identify qualified talent and address hiring challenges. Adapt quickly to changing business needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability. Bring bilingual language skills, experience with emerging technology tools, or advanced sourcing expertise considered beneficial.
