Desktop Support Engineer

Role Overview Provide Tier 1 and 2 Desktop Support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely, with excellent communication skills and the ability to support VIP and VVIP customers. Work with Active Directory and Exchange to create/modify/terminate accounts, troubleshoot workstations, printers, and other peripheral devices. Image, install, and configure workstations and troubleshoot Windows 10 and above and Microsoft Office suite. What You Will Do Communicate and interface with customers and Leidos Site Lead on issues and daily tasking. Troubleshoot Citrix desktop virtualization environment and thin client. Work with automated Help Desk tools such as Microsoft System Center, Remedy, and ServiceNow. Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI. Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
