Your impactful journey includes:

• Delivering direct patient care in accordance with personalized care plans and physician directives.
• Monitoring patient behaviors, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to report observations and implement patient care plans.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient achievements along the way.

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred: One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
• Preferred: Experience in rehabilitation.
