Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Aid teachers in daily classroom functions, including preparing materials and supervising activities
• Offer one-on-one and small group support to students, reinforcing lesson content as directed
• Assist students with assignments, organization, and following classroom instructions
• Support students with special needs, implementing accommodations provided by the education plan
• Help maintain a safe, positive learning environment for all students
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions as required
