Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Summary

Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment following SOPs to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. Work with teams to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust machinery
• Assist with changeovers and basic troubleshooting
• Perform quality checks and maintain documentation
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety standards
• Maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• 6+ months manufacturing experience (GMP preferred)
• Machine operation and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic math, reading, and documentation skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Work Schedule

• Night shift: 6:30 PM – 6:50 AM (2-2-3 schedule)
• 4 weeks day-shift training

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Affton, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
