About the role All Access Media produces daily live programming and video-on-demand for a national financial media network. We're hiring a Senior Producer on contract to supervise our daily production and help build what's next - including a weekly video podcast and other internal programming under the All Access Media brand. This is an on-site role in Chicago, Monday through Friday. You'll partner closely with the Executive Producer and Head of Network on editorial direction, team leadership, and the shows we're launching in-house - while working alongside our line producer, who calls the daily shows. What you'll do Supervise the daily production across a multi-show slate - editorial direction, segment planning, guest strategy, and how the team responds when the market moves Partner closely with the Executive Producer and Head of Network on programming decisions, editorial standards, and where the channel is going Manage and mentor a team of producers; help drive team decision-making day to day Work alongside the line producer and directing team, in and out of the control room. Help launch and produce internal AAM programming, including a weekly video podcast - from format development through record days, post, and publish Own the pipeline from live to published on the digital side: selects, packaging, YouTube strategy, and getting video out on standard Track what's working across the channel and bring it back into the next show What we're looking for 7+ years producing digital media - live, VOD, or both Comfortable in a control room and calm under live conditions, even when you're not the one calling it Strong editorial judgment on deadline - you know what the story is and what it isn't Experience managing a team of producers and setting the standard for the work A builder's instinct: you've launched shows or formats, not just executed someone else's Fluent in YouTube analytics (CTR, retention, traffic sources) and turn numbers into decisions Comfortable in Adobe Premiere for light editing and cutdowns Nice to have Financial or business news background - markets literacy is a real advantage Working knowledge of rundown software (ENPS, iNEWS, Cuez, or similar) Short-form clipping and social distribution #J-18808-Ljbffr
