Job Description
Belle Terrace is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidates must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen careers. The Administrative Assistant/Scheduler will have experience working with individuals with dementia, have a highly enthusiastic personality, and be able to develop creative activities for our residents.
Responsibilities of Scheduler:
- Conducts and/or assists with assignments and assigned activity groups
- Maintain resident files, place proper documentation in each resident medical record
- Fill out and provide medical record requests
- Create and ensure a maintained nursing schedule
- Track agency usage
- Keep track of call offs for each department
- Projects a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, co-workers, public
Qualifactions:
- Experience in Long Term Care/Health care (2 years minimum)
- 2 years experience scheduling or in activities
