This pivotal role involves owning the product roadmap for workflows and infrastructure supporting hundreds of thousands of claims daily, ensuring scalability and improved outcomes for operations and customers. You will also lead a small team of product managers, acting as a domain expert across various internal teams.

What Youll Do

• Lead claim submission strategy and execution for athenaCollector.
• Own the multi-year product roadmap for submissions, balancing operational and technical scalability.
• Serve as the recognized domain expert for claim submissions across internal and external stakeholders.
• Hire, coach, and mentor a team of 1-2 product managers.
• Drive measurable improvements in claim acceptance rates, speed to payment, and operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with operations, analytics, and engineering leadership to define future capabilities.
• Prepare and present executive-level updates on product status, strategy, and business outcomes.
• Monitor payer policy changes, regulatory developments, and industry trends to inform product strategy.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of progressive product management experience.
• At least 1 year managing and developing product managers.
• Proven success developing and executing multi-year product roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams.
• Strong stakeholder influence skills and the ability to communicate effectively with executives, customers, and technical teams.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
• Strong preference for direct experience with ambulatory revenue cycle workflows or similarly complex operational environments.
• Familiarity with ANSI transactions and payer claims processing is preferred.
