Acute Care Physical Therapist - Non-Profit Hospital Max 8 Patients/Day $5K Sign-On

• Work on a massive, highly collaborative acute team with dedicated Rehab Aides for transport/setup
• Extensive 8-week structured onboarding process paired with a senior preceptor
• Flexible scheduling: Open to 4x10s or 5x8s
• Weekend Rotation: Only 1 in 6 weekends required (paid at a premium overtime rate)
• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 22 days annually
• Full-time, permanent position

About the Physical Therapist Position: Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and have a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job," but rather someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and therapy.

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Acute Care experience preferred (but strong new grads will be considered)
• Team player who adapts well to changing caseloads
• Servant leader mindset
