Schedule: Floating Shift 4*12s 48hours/week

• Unit: Neuromusculoskeletal Medical-Surgical

• Schedule: 36 or 48 hrs/week

• Shift: Days / Evenings / Nights – blocked

• Weekends: Blocked schedule; weekends/holidays per unit needs

• Additional Requirements: On-call, callback & charge duties per unit needs

• Experience: 2+ years Med Surg

• License: NYS RN License

• Certifications: BLS – AHA ONLY

• Required: Telemetry + NIHSS

• Responsibilities: Provide competent patient care based on established standards; may take on expanded responsibilities including charge nurse, preceptor and committee member roles

• Skills: Clinical judgment, service excellence, professional development, teamwork & evidence-based practice
