Patent Paralegal

Responsibilities: - Support attorneys through all phases of patent and complex commercial litigation - Manage case files, litigation databases, eDiscovery, and document collections - Conduct legal and factual research using PACER, Westlaw, USPTO, and other resources - Assist with discovery, document review, privilege logs, deposition preparation, and exhibit management - Prepare and coordinate court and agency filings including federal/state courts and USPTO matters - Draft and proofread pleadings, discovery, memoranda, and other legal documents - Track deadlines, calendars, filings, and case milestones in coordination with docketing teams - Assist with depositions, hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations - Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, vendors, court personnel, and litigation support teams - Support trial technology and presentation tools Qualifications: - 6+ years of paralegal experience in patent litigation - Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience - Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and agency requirements - Ability to manage competing deadlines and work occasional overtime/travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
